Who calls us
We are a porta potty rental company focused on New York State. Most rentals go wrong on quantity or access, and in New York access can mean a curb permit, a freight elevator or a snowbank. We ask about all of it before the truck rolls.
Crew-based unit counts, weekly pump-outs and hook-ready units for towers, from Long Island subdivisions to Midtown high-rises.
Construction rentalsStreet fairs, races, tailgates, festivals and location shoots, with units spread out so nobody waits through half a set.
Event rentalsOne tidy unit for a brownstone gut job, a basement dig-out, septic work or a graduation party that outgrew the powder room.
Residential rentalsParks, polling and public events, warming and cooling centers, and relief staging that need accessible units and reliable pumping.
Emergency & reliefSame-day delivery is often possible across New York when a unit and a driver are free. We answer 24/7 for burst pipes, storm damage, failed plumbing and surprise crowds. Call and you will get a plain answer for your address.
The process
Share the address, the dates, the headcount and anything about access: a super, a loading zone, a permit or a gate. Quotes happen by phone and we pick up 24/7.
We suggest the unit mix, explain what is included, and answer questions before anything is booked.
The truck sets units where we agreed. Leave a site contact who can answer on delivery day.
Longer rentals get visits on the schedule we set together, and units leave when your job wraps.
Sanitation standards
You will not find star ratings or borrowed reviews on this site. Instead, here are the standards we plan around, so you know exactly what to expect and what to hold us to.
Each unit should show up washed, deodorized and stocked with paper and sanitizer. If one does not, call and say so.
Visit frequency is matched to your headcount, the season and how long the units stay, then written into the plan.
Wherever there is food, a crowd or a crew, we bring up sinks or sanitizer stands before you have to ask.
What the rental covers, what extra visits cost and how pickup works are all explained before you commit.
New York planning
A setup that works on a Saratoga County farm will not work on a Midtown curb or a Rockaway boardwalk in January. These are the conditions we talk through on every call.
Below-freezing nights can freeze tanks and sinks, and lake-effect bands can bury a site upstate. Ask about winterized units and keep paths plowed.
NYC curb space, alternate-side rules, sidewalk sheds and street permits decide where a unit can legally sit.
Commercial vehicles are barred from New York parkways, and bridges, tunnels and truck routes shape every delivery window.
Nor’easters, coastal flooding and summer heat waves can change a schedule or a headcount on short notice. Call early.
Free tool
The rental calculator takes your guest count, the length of the event and whether food or drinks are served, then suggests a number of toilets and sinks. Switch to job-site mode for the federal OSHA crew ratio.
Treat the result as a first draft. On the call we adjust it for your venue, the season and how people will actually move around.
Service areas
We take calls from New York City and Long Island to the Hudson Valley, the Capital Region, Central New York and Western New York, and confirm coverage for your exact address when we quote. These pages collect local planning notes for 25 New York communities.
Quotes by phone
A short call tells you whether your date and address work and what the rental will involve. Keep the location, drop-off day, rental length, unit type and headcount handy.
Prefer to prepare first? Read the pre-call checklist or run the calculator.
Calls come in from every corner of the state: the five boroughs, Long Island out to the Hamptons, Westchester and the Hudson Valley, the Capital Region, Central NY and the Finger Lakes, and Western NY from Rochester to Buffalo. We confirm whether we can reach your exact address by phone. See the full list of service areas.
Phone us. Have the street address or cross streets ready, plus the drop-off date, the length of the rental and your expected headcount. A short prep list sits on the quote page.
The price depends on the unit, the quantity, how long you keep it, cleaning visits, winter treatment, mileage and access, and in the city that can mean permits and curb space too. We price every job on its own. Our cost guide breaks down the main factors.
The day your date is locked in. Late spring through autumn is the crunch, with graduations, weddings, festivals and State Fair season, and a bad storm can tie up equipment fast. If you are short on time, phone and ask what can still be arranged.
Pick solid, level ground a truck can get to, move cars, snow or materials out of the way, sort out any permits, gate codes or building sign-offs, and have someone on site who will pick up the phone. The delivery page goes into more detail.
Peak crowd, hours, alcohol and food all matter. Start with the calculator, read our unit-count guide and then check the figure with us.
Share the address, the dates and how many people to expect, and we will put a plan together. We answer calls 24/7.
